There are NO Unicorns in the Oil and Gas industry. You get what you pay for! So the perfect Candidate is a 37 yr old, practical, experienced genius, whom undervalues him/herself when hired. Works for 4.5 yrs and then quits just before becoming fully vested. NO big Salary, NO mistakes, NO unemployment. NO sense of commitment!
