Enterprise Technology (heritage SunTrust leadership) use of temp-contract employees for dirty work

Enterprise Technology (heritage SunTrust leadership) uses temp-contract employees to run status meetings. They yell and scold folks when tasks are behind. It is very unprofessional. I am convinced that heritage SunTrust leadership has asked them to behave this way. Temporary folks don’t have to worry too much about offending others on the project team like a regular employee would.

Some of these have past relationships within management who will be made full time in due course. Some of these temps are extremely arrogant who couldn't make it in previous work places despite many years of services there. They also seem to know who is destined to go in coming days.

Umm, Executive Management at Truist sees us ALL as temp employees. Oh, and you might want to be nice to these “official temps”, they probably have more job security than you do.
