Contact them!! Explain that this type of commission is downright illegal, i emailed them, you should too!!

Last month my store was at a 1.5 “the impossible” and sure enough the last day we received two 8’s and a 5. All related to system issues, indirect and customer care. I have low hopes for commissions every month, so that’s how I stay positive.
Just assume it's rigged and the conspiracy is true. If you were to ask them to prove that it's NOT rigged; they can't, it's impossible. It's not transparent.
