Question about how Written Attendance Warning affects STI and Raise

So anyone experience or any managers see an employees Raise and Sti sheet when they were only performing and had an active written warning at the end of the year? It would be customer service. I am just wondering if I'm going to just end up with a smaller STI and Raise or if it probably going to be Zero

Happened to me, got bumped from performing to developing. I still got STI but it was less. I don’t remember if I got a raise or not.

If you're "leading" you will be bumped down to performing. Happened to me years ago.

When I was in B2B, I made a judgement call on an expiring promo because of system issues. I could not process transaction in time because the lame system and customer had to go. Been at his office for hours on a holiday weekend. Promo did not apply even though I got a verbal approval. Ended up having to issue a few grand in credits. I got written up and then got a developing. No raise that year. Completely horse c**p. Never again. Don’t trust it! Get in writing.
