Of course, I can only blame myself for coming here in the first place because I didn’t trust the people who said the situation here was so bad. I’ve only been here a few months and I’m looking for a new job. I don’t believe I could've made a bigger mistake than I did when I came here.

This place sucks but LOL at all the goons heading over to super progger trash dump, working claims there sucks more than it does here! They load you up and basically every file requires excessive investigation and they DENY everything they can! BTW, claimants get surveys there too so you have to kiss their a-s haha! We used to have to put “empathy notes” in our files and they would make us do sh-t like “talk about the weather” with insureds/claimants to build rapport. They also like to hire 20 years olds, pay them peanuts and if you aren’t the “chosen one” you ain’t goin NOWHERE at PROG boyo!!!
Keep looking while you work here . The stress in auto claims is insane . With half the staff laid off they keep piling on the inspects . No mercy .
Uh. Yeah. It’s the worst. Filled with egomaniacs and some of the rudest most arrogant creeps around. Just a paycheck. Get out soon.
