They don’t care! Get over yourself. They don’t need you. Protest all you want. Won’ make any difference. Nothing will change unless it benefits Leadership.

It's time for a break through. What has happened with Brooklyn was different. They were segmented and never had this kind of support across states. This will come in waves.
The culture is bad enough now and the pay will no longer be a factor on Verizons side. It will be against them. It's funny as they try to get away from more stores and their liability they have created more liability for themselves in the next few months to come. There are votes coming. 100%.

if unions are cr-p, then what does that make working for verizon? Better to have cr-p then po-p.

Unions are cr-p…. But Verizon is making it impossible. The first 3 months of “One Team” we were all worried about pay. Now I don’t think pay is even the issue. It’s culture, Verizon’s political initiatives that are shoved down our throats, short staff, systems, ignorance to what a day in retail is like, and the continued anxiety and depression that retail brings. Fix that and I won’t complain about my 20k pay decrease. I just want to go to work without rather being hospitalized with Covid. And most of my team has the same sentiments.

I wonder if they will have all the Brooklyn employees giving testimonials about how the union did absolutely nothing for them from a compensation standpoint other than dip their greedy fingers into each check. Union representation cost them dearly.

Unionized stores = closed stores. Try it and find out!

I don’t believe a union is useful in this line of work. But at this point VZ needs to feel some pressure for how retail is being ran into the ground.
