The past ELIMINATED POSITIONS with long term ( OLDER ASSOCIATES) got a very nice severance- obviously HOME OFFICE figured out a way to make the current severance little or nothing, if you don't accept a job offer made to you, you get NOTHING but shown the door! Makes me regret the many many years of dedicated service to this COLD COMPANY.

It’s sad to say but our marketing person does nothing anyway. When she has gone out in the past she spends the day shopping. She is a lazy person who gets pd to do nothing. I m glad she is leaving as it’s discouraging to see everyone work but her.

Oh nooooooo this makes me sad. We lucky to still have our 2 old ladies. What happens to them? Man they do everything in our club and are go to for almost anything I need. This sucks. I’m sorry you wont miss yours but I love mine.

Leave it to this disgusting place to make sure that great people in that dept leave first and then offer their cr-p package...if in fact they offer anything. Go thru the covid nonsense first and if you lived thru the sh** you soon find yourself without a job. Shameful!

There is NO 8-4:30 M-F, so unless they "create or promise" a position- get out/ take the package! The "Membership Representative" is never going to be M-F either.

It’s one week for every year. I looked it up on the wire. They will take your average you work for 12wks back do determine what is your weekly work hours.

You’d have to apply on the wire for jobs interview for them and be offered the job if at that time you declined and don’t find a different job within the company before November. 4th then you loose forfeit severance.

The severance is ( if no changes have happened since the PTC was eliminated) customarily 2 weeks of your current pay for each year of employment - plus your PTO & other time you have available. I heard it caps at 20 years. But changes are always a possibility at H/O , they had to pay a lot of severance with receiving & PTC, etc.

Yes- but not all got the same information- if they offer you an EQUAL level position and you DON'T take it --- you FORFEIT, yes I said FORFEIT the severance package!!! This is playing very dirty......I think this will go badly for this company!!!
