Someone who hasn’t worked here before, would never believe this company was great. I used to be proud to work here. How they managed to degrade it this much is amazing and it could certainly be a case study. Could it have been any different?

Company is imploding under Euro Leaders. The hate America antics and Shoving CRT down our throats is unbearable. Basically social “justice” warriors is all they want working here…and if your not a lefty, they want you gone. Very hostile workplace.
Horrible leadership. All the virtue signaling is nauseating. Such hypocrites. The treat employees poorly while advocating for all their favorite social justice causes.
The Lou can't be worse than ours. No career path, leadership is clueless and serial harassment covered up by DM.

They turned this place to cr-p. I know 3 people in my district that will be gone in the next month alone and I'm right behind them. Good luck replacing us.

Honestly I think they are doing this on purpose, the company is probably facing out retail locations and in order to do this they are ruining it slowly by making poor decisions not listening to employees and their store issues. Maybe 2020 was the start of it 2021 was the middle of it and 2022 is worst yet to come . I’m glad I got out of retail last year and switched over to WFH . They ask us last week if anyone wanted to go back to the store because they needed help no one took the offer, but yea man retail is not going to be like it was back in the good old days
