The results are out. Market never lies. Congratulations leadership, on the amazing achievement and ruining a great company. The conservative and lower than last years’ target is also missed. WTF!!!
For heavens sake, don’t bankrupt the company and course correct before it’s too late. Don’t sugarcoat the bitter reality anymore.
Here are few obvious things to do -
Fire incompetent managers, who have done nothing but taken the company to a disastrous path. We don’t need talkers but doers. Many great employees have left due to toxic env created by few. Fix it before others are gone too.
And if anyone from board is looking, start by firing DH. The accountability starts from the top.
Relook at our strategy. A few folks are driving Workspace vision just to satisfy their ego, while in reality there is no future for this vision. Workspace is a futile idea and at best will ki-l our legacy products too. Stop Workspace right away and redirect the focus to make established products better. Enough is enough is enough !!!
