Just popped into the JPMorgan Chase & Co. feed on this site. It felt like it was the Wells Fargo page. 🤔 Maybe it’s not WF, maybe banks just suck? Like and subscribe, and leave your comments below…..

Banks do sucks, no matter which one you work for your job is always in jeopardy. Go to a community bank, they get bought out and hence, you’re laid off. Go to a big bank, a re-org is always on the forefront and again, get laid off. It a no win situation no matter where you go, the grass in never greener on the other side, they’re all the same! There is no future in banking anymore!
The bigger the bank, the worse it is for employees at the bottom of the pyramid. Either work for a small institution or move up as soon as you can.

I got hired at JPM
One big difference is that JPM doesn't hire people from WF, whereas WF does hire people from JPM and not from WF.
The other boards are not nearly as organized as this one. Do they have a RTO Master Thread? Didn’t think so!
This is not reflective of Corporate America. It is reflective of a handful of s**t disturbers trying to create conflict and turmoil in the work place.
Soon there will be a merger of the blackrock owned banks we will be JP chase Fargo.
Banks do indeed suck. Thier cultures are largely the same due to rapid employee swapping. I swear its its just a large matrix management agreement between them all

The difference between JPM and WF is that JPM pays better rates but more cutthroat.
It's Corporate America. That's why I laugh and smh at people bragging about how they found the perfect job. After a while, they will be complaining about the new job as well.
I can speak truthfully because it's happened to me. Each new opportunity, I couldn't wait to start and then after a while, the shiny new car wasn't shiny anymore.
I've always wondered if this is just how corporate America works, I'm assuming other industries experience the same type of issues?
I think if you pay close attention over time you'll see that a lot of the same people are commenting on both pages. (As well as on other "popular" pages here)
The very nature of this site lends itself to this sort of behavior. You'll get a few actual employees, a few former employees, and a good number of folks that just like keeping things stirred up. Good fun though!
