Guy gives out titles that are supposed to be for distinguished employees not necessarily in management. Then he gives his new fancy titles to SVP’s with already fancy titles and large orgs. What’s up with that?

Guy is too lazy to get to know who the real hard-working employees are, so he just hands out the special titles to high-ranking employees with whom he has direct/regular contact. The fact that three or more of the recipients are Clover engineers tells you everything you need to know.

Many of you who come here undoubtedly are technologist. So when a great leader like Guy creates money and recognition for the companies best technologist you still find a way to criticize, I say that is pathetic.
