Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

The strategy function at Nike is a disgrace. So many nefarious things go on in that department that Nike turns a blind eye to because they work with leadership at the highest level. After being in that department for many, many years I can say that the people left in the Sr director and VP roles are awful. Not only are they awful at their jobs, they are awful leaders and have questionable morals. Many are drunk on power from being protected by people at the top. It’s an awful org that has opened my eyes to a lot—unfortunately we can’t name names on this forum.
