Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Lowe's U...waste of time...no one cares

Part timers are getting their hours cut to almost nothing and the managers run right to them when they show up asking them about Lowe's U.

And the full timers are too busy trying to get things done or help customers who can't find anyone to even try abd do it. Half the time I forget to do it cause I just don't have time.

You'd think corporate would be more concerned with why customers are leaving in droves than Lowe's U. Obviously priorities aren't something Lowe's cares about.

Lowe's U and AP4Me are good ways to NOT be on the madhouse sales floor while being paid. Take a lot of time checking Email, too, even if you never get Emails. Assign yourself hours and hours of training. You can waste a lot of time that way. You get paid by the minute, make the most of it.

That's their new "robust training" they're referencing in their job postings. Either your robust enough to train yourself or you quit

AP4Me, LowesU, the old race for the cup.....all pointless. This is their idea of training?? Cut rate training is typical of a cut rate company. I'm in too deep as i only have a few years before retirement so starting over again for me would make no sense. But the illusion of this being some kind of great company is long gone
