Oracle needs Tech, Business and Culture

Oracle lacks strong leadership in the middle layers. More political plays rather than business or technology. Most directors lack Business skills, Most Consulting members lack technical skills. A big puppet show for Customers.

Oracle also lacks strong support and Sales teams. They started hiring sales positions in recent days. But we know how many good talents left Oracle.

Oracle has built a dream castle based on India, China, Mexico teams, more of cost reduction strategy. But it lacks true leadership which can coordinate them for success. What Oracle really needs at the moment is diversification in its products, innovation and promote creative sustainable products for future.

Oracle was late to market for Cloud and now more late in emerging technologies. Vision and Strategies are not enough. Execution is key. You lack motivated developers and managers Oracle.

i have seen crying managers whose hands are tied in retaining talented employees. believe me Trust once lost is lost for ever. Oracle needs Trust, motivation, technology,business skills to rebuild itself. its going to be a nightmare.
Better replace all these words with single word

Current CTO is example. Person may have many capabilities but "running engineering" is now not one of them.

Giving someone a title doesn’t mean that they are capable of doing the job! True throughout the organization, and at all levels.
