A “man” who labels himself as a “customer servant” was promoted to a director by our fruit of a director. I don’t even get how, cause he will literally not do anything more. So we have little to no money for raises but this “servant” boy gets promoted to director. What is great is that if you combined all the actual real life knowledge our dept’s mgmt collectively has in their heads, they could all be good servant boys to a local car wash. I love writing these on company times.

I think he just got promoted again after the OP. Hahahahahahah. They sure do love help their own out. I know morale is at an all time low. I know people who are just not even replying to customers. I am not surprised. Oracle has missed the train.
You sound surprised? If you're on this forum, you should know better and expect these types of things to happen. He'll probably be promoted to a Sr. Director before you know it.
