I'm getting tired of people trying to convince others that what's best for them is also best for everybody else. Quit, don't quit, unionize, don't unionize...and it goes on and on. If you want to quit, then do it. If you don't want to unionize, then don't. But stop trying to convince others that your way is the best/only way and telling them they're stupid if they don't agree. Seriously, the ego on some of you...
