- 5 hour wait times today! Most was sheer nonsense! Woman walks in at 3 o’clock Sm tells her it will be best to make an appointment during the week! She became irate. I was helping 2 customers at once. I happened to walk towards the front of the store and the woman asks me “ what’s going on here”. ? I said what’s going on? Because of her aggressive nature she said “I used my internal memory in my android phone and have installed a micro sd card” so I responded since it 2.5 hour wait google or you tube how too do it instead of waiting “ she said I pay Verizon too much for me to do that someone here will do it now? So how her internal memory to transfer to a sd card became a Verizon problem is beyond me? I told the Sm and he showed her how to do it. So our customers think that their bill payment includes free “tech support “ with no staff the stress is so bad “ I almost told her to go mint mobile for $ 30 a month unlimited “ The aggressive nature of Verizon customers is what has happened in the stores for the last 10 years we’re the rep holds the customers hand with everything and things that we shouldn’t be involved with ! Great communication to the customers on the state of what your stores can do? Our customers still think it’s 2010 with 3 cellbrite machines! And 15 sales reps 5 ccrs, 10 techs, and 2 inventory people Worh a pod system that doesn’t work. I’m waiting too read that a riot happened in a corporate store with employees being threatened or worse hurt! I hope you extend the trade in promo for July! By July 30th you’ll have no one working at my store!
Not over worked here !! Under staffed and your gonna get minimal sales. I'm not over working my staff!! we are sticking to appoinents and having upgrades go through telesales.
Why over work for this company? They don't care so we don't care...simple as that
DM is giving us ra ra speeches needing this or needing that...don't care!! We aren't here to stroke your ego and make you or the new director look good. You can't lead by fear and expect results!!

We have always been open sundays with the extra pay in the west. Some rare stores are closed sundays.
