We have a manager who is very inexperienced and was hired through cronyism. Our own years of experience and knowledge in our BU mean absolutely nothing to him and he delights in micromanaging the cr-p out of us despite knowing very little of our job functions. Lord, help us.

The above post referenced BOA...sure enough we have one from there who is not only a micromanager but a headache in every other sense. Nobody liked him for his behavioral issues.
So many of these type geniuses floating around right now it is almost comical. He or she wouldn’t happen to be former BOA would they? We have one of these clowns heading our BU and if he is a manager I’m a ________ (you fill in the blank)
