Some of the most important responsibilities a manager has is to motivate employees to do their job as well as possible, to be as engaged as possible and in that way get the best out of employees - they have none of that. Admittedly, maybe in their arrogance they think that we are motivated to work forever at SF, that is until they cut us?
The cry babies are out.....see what they do? They name call and they want you to shut up. They want to have 100% power and control over you. Sickening! Rather than to hear the issues, and move to resolve. Instead of name call, use your education and address the issues discussed. Anarchists can't do that. When a Infrastructure Scrum/“Analyst” can flirt round and scam others i to doing her work and take credit for it and act like the men and Foreigners best pal then get em dismissed or fired after she sleeps with em. It’s clear hiring decisions are not ethical. I’d hate to be her kids or husband.
She mirrors many many “leaders” at State Farm. They must promote that stuff. Pretty sick. Image is everything. But the truth is....they are all in each other’s pockets and nepotistic and flirtatious get ahead ways. Some not. Most are. Men and women
My TM is incredibly demoralizing. It’s either incompetence or very intentional. I can’t see it any other way because it’s too extreme to be anything else.

The parents of today and the generation before that did not promote the work ethic but rather a good ol boy better than thou selfish conceded bunch of ignorant demeaning types leaving us where the company is at now. For example: Make life miserable for those I consider less than instead of making them the best. The workforce today reads right through that nonsense and will not tolerate it. @3pte…forget about the universe centered on you. State Farm became the biggest way back in 1942; well before you were born and likely before your parents were born. They became big by doing insurance in an innovative way and doing it better than anybody. With agents and employees who did their jobs during peacetime and wartime.People who did their jobs rather than whining.
