I didn't have any expectations that the replacement would come right away. However, they don’t seem to have any intention of finding a replacement for colleagues who left and who were incredible performers. Instead, I’m doing even more work now.
I just wonder how long the replacement process can take? What are your experiences in this regard?

I spell it out. This site blocks it. It's a flower name I use, also known a a violet.
What? The PA ? I too am clueless of what that means ..must be offensive if you cannot spell it out
Turn into their type means turning into Pa----s. Act like you're entitled to a different treatment and you'll be catered to.
Turn into WHAT type? Does it make posters on here feel good to make offensive comments? Are you 12? Shame on those who give a like to the racist and homophobic posts
News Alert, BBB is too busy coddling the Pa--y Community to worry about you. Turn into their type and you'll move to the front of the line and all will be OK.
lol, replacement
their whole point of laying off all the full timers the last couple years was to just hire a bunch of part timers to do the work, assuming a buncha kids working 12 hours a week are gonna have the same work ethic as someone committed and there 40 hours a week
good luck!
Lol the replacements are essentially the bulk of part timers that come in one week and quit a few weeks/months later. Their goal just seems to be to get of rid all full timers eventually except for managers and department supervisors.
Your replacement lives and works in India.
Our store has gone months before without the store manager position being filled. We are on our fifth SM in eleven years.
