Verizon please do us all another brilliant favor and let the customers call back into the retail stores. Everything is back to normal and we have plenty of staff to field all the calls. * You know it’s coming right ? They don’t care about us.

Plenty of staff???... our area has about a 50% staff in all stores. Most stores are closed 1 to 2 days a week. Answer the phone and make appointments all day to fix tech issues. No thank you.

Such a double edge sword. Not enough people to answer the phone and it would just ring all day, how ever there could be some good sales calling in or you could tell everyone don't come down, just ISPU or it's out of stock.
