Someone in one of the previous threads asked how much the voluntary package differs from the recent involunatry package, so I wonder if anyone here has been offered involuntary lately?
It would be such a great news for me if Truist is now offering involuntary...

Both are crumby compared to industry standards, it’s not much. I saw voluntary on the STI programs but not much on HBBT voluntary or involuntary in early stages. The new one being finalized in August is going to put them out by September and it’s kind of involuntary voluntary if you know what I’m saying, but this one is going to be sweet for higher level people only. Lots of perks but nothing like what “teammates” will be getting.
