So apparently in the mechanical dept they are coming at people with absenteeism for missing 2 days in 3 months. No wonder everyone's getting fmla. Get it before they get you. Doesn't matter how much ot they force you still can get hit. This is great for morale. Where's that survey at they want me to fill out?

Apparently the original poster never applied for FMLA. It's not something you just sign up for, the forms have to be completed by a doctor and then approved by NS medical.
The real truth is join LECMPA before you get a judgement against you. Since NS has no written absenteeism policy on how much time you can miss in a set period of time, LECMPA will pay while you spend time on the street.
Meaning you should have had FMLA 10 years ago. Not wait until no dopes!
Liberal programs like FMLA are for socialists. Do your job and quit trying to abuse government programs!
