I am moving my employee account and my father's SMB account to another carrier, if VZ really won't spend the money to hire the right people to fix the systems then why would I recommend my company to any of my family or friends?

Are you asking a question that you know the answer to? Every tenured full timer I know is disgruntled to say the least. Most of the new people feel lucky to have a job and slave away. Why also do you think they sent out info to convince pt new hires from the pandemic to move to full time; they are profitable, cheap and don't know anything else.
