This company doesn’t give a damn

Over worked, under staffed - hold on help is coming- have you seen the caliber of help, it’s laughable. And let’s not forget favoritism high quotas for slow locations and low for the kiss as--s with major traffic. My gm is already 2 feet out the door and we moving to union right after that we already have our voting cards. We not here to work for free so if you give goals that are unattainable don’t expect happy employees. It’s one thing to have a stretch quota it’s another to have a quota you haven’t seen in years and no one to help the new lines that are walking cause you helping a tech support customer that had an appointment made by tech support who couldn’t help them over the phone and they don’t want to wait and port there family over “I’ll just go to the next carrier” since we all in the same plaza.

Maybe this should be the pulse survey, Maybe Verizon doesn’t really give a cr-p about what is really going on at the store level, maybe everyone knows the surveys are not truly confidential like they claim, maybe some people can’t afford to be targeted after telling the truth.

How bout another kick in the nuts to lower morale even more... Not getting to 50% to unlock a pay check cause your stupid a-s quota sucks. What a half a-s company !! Pay me for what I've done , this cr-p of 50% to unlock is childish sh-t.

We are literally bleeding customers because of.

  1. Lack of staff
  2. Customers don't want to do it online or over telesales
  3. No motivation from reps and managers.
  4. The stupid a-s topic of "ratios"
  5. Garbage 2.0 and 360

Funny thing is "higher ups" will spend a boat load of money to investigate who wrote what on The Layoff instead of investing money into systems that work.

This is an easy fix. Refuse overtime. You can't get written up for that. When they start having to close the stores every other day because there is no staff to cover a shifts. Maybe then they will get their heads out of their @ss. Still, wishful thinking. I assume they have a brain.

I’m my district, all the SMS and GMs see the writing on the wall and are all looking for new jobs. We aren’t seeing any traction for all the new hiring signs and we are over worked. It’s staring to get bad with now employees in store.

We just tell the customers the truth when they ask us out staffing and wait times. We say, “ no one wants to work this job part time and be over worked”.

I am trying to relocate. I was interviewing for a store that had two locations... 4 fu----g reps total for two locations.... 2 manager for two locations... They were more worried about my numbers than hiring me.... I should go up to the stores and tell all the reps that I could be there helping them but my transfer was declined because I don't slam enough VZP.
