Has there been a prolonged period of at least six months with no layoffs since 2016? I can't recall there being even more than three months without at least some cuts but I might be wrong. I'm just trying to figure out if layoffs are now something we have to accept as part of our everyday jobs instead of an occasional occurrence.

It is not something you should or would have to accept, but with the Chase sh!tshow cavalcade of failed management we have now, that’s what we have.
I come back every now and then to read posts and chuckle at the shitshow this company has become.
So I'll do whatever I want and you can sit there and act like a keyboard tough guy.
Happy people don't linger on their former employers layoff site.
Its because people who can and are able to are leaving in droves finding better jobs outside of WF. I know I left in April and haven't been this happy in a long time. And the 25% pay increase isn't bad either....
