I think they made the systems worse so you take more time with the customer.
I often think about this. Are they actually doing all this intentionally? It is not possible that they do not realize the problems we have with the system. I increasingly believe that they are playing games with us. Dealing with bad systems is so irritating, I will do my best to find another job as soon as possible.

Oh, come on. Man up. It takes 15-35 minutes with every customer and they leave with more value a better plan and a smile on their face every time. Not to mention tmp or vzp depending on what is a better fit for them. Maybe learn your job and stop blaming a « system » for your inability to work effectively. Or go get a job that suits yoinked work ethic better.
No they don't make it bad intentionally. However, the problem is they are to lazy and cheap to fix the problems. Why bother update our cr---y system and just keep cut everything we possibly can? Why spend money when we are trying to make money. They don't want to make money by adding new customers, they want to make money by cutting out anything deemed "unnecessary". Management is not investing back into the company.
