Why sell something that will just line Han's pocket since he's in bed with synchrony bank. This goes for the credit card too. Gtfo with this bull**** and fix our POS systems so we can sell what's important.

My do nothing go home early SM sat me down in the office and went over the my ' contribution report " for May. Went over phone adds,,pull thru, accessories (total $ not ard) and TMP.
Had a good May. Went over Ris. I saw no upgrades on the report? So why even do them ,I try to use the .y Verizon app! Lastly I wonder if this meeting will continue every month and if a rep doesn't hit say 2 part s of contribution will the process begin? Makes no sense. Also, is this only being done to certain reps ,I will find out if other reps are having these " meetings and make sure the meetings are being given to all at the location.
I said from the beginning offer a recognizing you award for soliciting the credit card. Get 25 apps a month approved or not and get $50 in rec you’s.

Agreed! If we don’t have any incentive then why offer it. Oh verizon.... when will they learn to stop creating things customers don’t need. Let’s add this to the list of things that will eventual fail.
Real smart idea. Everyone already feels beat down. Every customer is coming in for bald upgrades because of the promo. We have no inventory to sell at all. Yet we get yelled at for selling the bald upgrade due to the promo they created. On top of that, let’s go ahead and add one more thing to sell with this card and not get paid. In my store and area we have all hit the breaking point. Adding this card and not focusing on the workers or even the inventory proves how much they care on top.
As if you get paid commission on anything…
