Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

WHY TF ARE WE HERE!?

Nothing works! Can’t do a sim swap, can’t add new lines, can’t do feature changes, can’t get the scheduling right.

Can we all just take a strike? This is a complete set up. How are we supposed to get good RIS scores with a system that makes us look like complete d-mba$$es?

Corporate has to be aware of this bullsh*t so why isn’t anyone fixing this???

Someone mentioned in an earlier post, why hasnt there been a class action lawsuit for RIS surveys? Is it legal to give someone a system to get work done that's full of issues then pay them on the wonderful experience? What is the definition of insanity?

I’m down for a strike. Tried of this system keeping us from doing our job all the while being yelled at for results and expected to sell sh-t that doesn’t pay you. Let’s pick a day and make it happen.

We all fee your pain. Verizon seem to figure out POS. It’s just a giant dumpster fire. We lost 8 new lines in store today alone so far.
