I loved working at BB&T when it was just BB&T. We were a good bank with a good reputation that treated employees well. Now all of that is changing and I hate seeing it happen. I hate watching all the potential go to waste, the mistreatment of employees, the greed from those on the top. It breaks my heart.

Former BBTer here. I just left a few weeks ago. I hate that I even had to consider the move but the culture that grew out of the merger we just too toxic and too much uncertainty to stay.
Sounds like some of you former Suntrust mates have figured out how bad your management has been. Apparently the analysis have caught on as well as the stock continues to go down. Oh well good luck all you SunTruist associates!
Agreed. The BBT people left are treated horribly and are being forced out.
They threw y'all right into the boiling water after turning up the heat on SunTrust frogs - I mean "teammates" - for years until we thought it was normal.
