How many sales were lost this weekend due to POS issues? I’m sure we are all asking VIKI for help and putting in the all magical “Quick Ticket”.

I wonder what customers think about us now ? They probably think we are a bunch of newbies, little do they know they screwed us up on our commissions and now systems
was on a call this morning and was told by the director to turn things around or else!!

We had a rep just breakdown on the sales floor because of continued error messages in 2.0 and the abuse she gets by the customers that don’t know we’re there notifications go usually on an iPhone to access their account.She stayed in the back for an hour in a distressed way. I actually thought she would leave. After waiting for about 3 mins the customer screamed “ what’s going on here:” The SM went up to him and said the systems are down and we had a 45 min respite from the continuous almost rioting and confrontations happening in the stores during this crazy upgrade promotion.
It’s kind of fun to put in a quick ticket and actually track it to see how long it takes for someone on the back end to look at it. Spoiler alert.... the usual response to most quicksand tickets is, “try the order again”.
My co worker threw his tablet across the sales floor yesterday. Manager didn't even get upset. We just told the customers systems were down. Took an hour break to destress. It was hilarious. But now we need a new tablet. Oh well.
About to put my 2 weeks in. All due to system issues. B360 doesn't work, quote tool doesn't work, Salesforce conversion doesn't work. We are builders without hammers and other essential tools.

On hold for over 2 hours for Core and I get an out sourced horrible agent who hung up on me.

Why wouldn't they wait 3 hours for a phone in a supremely understaffed store.
In one day I lost a 5 liner and ahandful of new lines because of 2 hr plus wait times.
Who cares though ? Its not like it will make a difference in our paychecks. Oh wait it does when a customer does a negative survey because of it.
