Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Glassdoor - ExxonMobil vs Shell vs Chevron - Is this what winning looks like?

So ExxonMobil Leadership loves data. How about looking at our ratings on Glassdoor. We are definitely not wining versus Shell and Chevron

Well down on work-life balance, career opportunities, culture and values and so far down on Senior Management vs competition. When we have DW and TG leading us, I can understand why.

Last but not least, the EM CEO approval rating is 27% vs 90% for Shell. We are winning.

When are the Board going to take action? Lost trust of Shareholders and Employees.

Looks like more board members need to go next year.

DWW will be so proud what a mess he had done to EM.

Incompetent DW and TG will definitely drive the company into ground. TG is also a rotted choice leading HR, she doesn't have basic human skills, forget out leading HR organization.

It's because majority of the world doesn't care that EM employees don't trust their management.

Typical EM employee thinking that this company and its employees are the center of the universe...

Uff-Da! 27% approval rating for DW. Damn, our man still thinks that he is the best in the business. Or maybe he has made up his mind to run as the worse CEO for 2021.
