If you don't want to go back in the office, make sure you say you're currently unvaccinated and your not taking that shot either. They have no right knowing your personal medical details either.

Maybe if it WAS a vaccine, but it's not. It doesn't prevent transmission like an actual vaccine does, and therefore there's no basis for forcing anyone to get it in the name of employee safety.
Just walk around the office with a magnet. If the magnet sticks to an arm that's a tell tale sign the person got a covid shot no need to answer email surveys.
I don't even get a perm desk at work. If I get the Wuhan Virus I'm going to work for sure, I need to hug all of management and use their computer equipment with my hands that I've been coughing in all day. Being back in the office then will be fantastic.
I got the vaccination. I don’t care who knows it. I’d feel the same if I hadn’t. I have nothing to hide. I doubt anyone will lose their job for not getting it. I really think they are trying to find out who got it and who hasn’t.
Why do vaccinated people care if I had my vaccine? Still can’t wrap my head around that.
Nobody should delete the survey. Poisoning their results with inaccurate data is much more effective than letting all the people who are actually wanting to go back to the office control the decision making.
Deleting/refusing to take the survey is giving up your ability to have a say.
Took it and chose the decline to state either way option for both questions.
First, it's obvious from the URL string that it's not anonymous.
Second, their actuaries can suck it for all I care. I'm not within 500 miles of my nearest coworker, so there's no need for me to into the office for team communication enhancement. There is zero reason I'm going to let them decide if I'm cheap enough to risk being a casualty.
anytime they want to let me go because i won't get vaccinate is good with me, they can give me a package. This information is not tracked for each individual, Powell will be getting aggregate data. We WILL be going back into the office sooner rather than later so you better get used to that. I’d rather not have to wear a mask at work if we have the majority of our employees vaccinated but if you provide false info or decline to take the survey you can’t whine about it . BTW it is legal for any employer to ask if you have been vaccinated as this is NOT a HIPAA violation and employers are obligated to maintain and foster a safe workplace. You can be mad and disgruntled about any number of things but this survey benefits all who are working at WF. If you don’t like it, go find another job.
They also have the right to deny employment if you are not vaccinated. Good luck getting a job anywhere that will let you work vax free.
