This company pretends to care about people by pushing social political issues and then turns around and 💩’s on its employees. The level of toxicity in its retail stores is off the charts and it shows in sales numbers, RIS and attendance. The company has created this atmosphere and then backhands those who speak out about it. High level leadership is either grossly incompetent or maliciously calculated. I believe it to be the latter. There is a clear campaign to shrink the retail footprint by creating an atmosphere that good people no long want to be a part of. When you leave, they win. That’s one less person they may need to severance. If you stay they also win because you will play by their rules and endure the most abusive structure they could conjure up. They don’t care about you, you are just a number. Let the hunger games begin.
