Let’s get rid of seasoned talent and knowledge in the middle of an already severely delayed merger. What could go wrong?
Hoping to be fired or laid off at this point. Everything BBT is switching to old SunTrust systems. All the SunTrust people know the job and wont/dont help the BBT learn their systems. Suntrust is no training or helping us, while saying we arent doing our jobs. They are hoping we quit so they dont have to give us anything. This is my 4th Merger and the worst one ever. SUNTRUST sucks, and thats all Truist is, is Suntrust systems and practices no upgrades or anything. It was all a scam to fill Kelly and the likes pockets.
The SunTruist purge of you good BBT folks continues. At least this time they are offering you a little better incentive. This is another step toward the pension being eliminated. GTFO and let the smartest kids in the room drive over the cliff.
Market is picking up even if it is not a full time position. Collect the Severance and do away with uncertainty. Way too much uncertainty leading into MARCH 2022
