Tired of the Hypocrisy

So my group is asking people they're hiring to relocate to hub cities but the hiring manager gets to live and remain in a non-hub city (has not been here long either). How hypocritical is that?! As a leader, you're supposed to do what you expect and ask of others, but not here. Who wants to work for and follow hypocrites? These aren't leaders.

Same goes for the last group I was in, the HM and EVP work from home permanently but everyone else is denied requests to transfer to non-hub cities and new postings are only in select hubs while those at the top get to work wherever they choose. The hypocrisy is simply sickening.

I cannot wait to GTFOH.

Leaders are exempted because they demand their perks. If Wells wants them badly enough Wells will let them have what they want. You all can do the same thing. Tell your boss what you want if they give it to you then you stay if not you leave. No empty threats. Its cheap and it won’t work. all things are negotiable. It’s all about they need you more or you need them more.

yep, saw the same in corp risk.. they literally promoted people in non-core locations that are perm WFH as high level managers (sr director level) and those same managers have to have their teams in core locations, postings for hiring won't be approved by Mandy for WFH or non-core location. So how or why should leaders be exempt is beyond me.

Funny how people here have a million things to complain about Wells and Charlie and still want to work for Wells.

It all starts at the top. Charlie would not relocate, so I agree no one else should have to either.
