Just noticed you have extended the trade in upgrade promo for the month of July! Do you know that your stores are so understaffed that the problems it will cause in safety for the staff and thus survey scores. So your theory of customers buying online has fallen by the wayside . To do this promo at this time is pure incompetence.

If Verizon extends this terrible trade in promo thru July. I predict by July 30th the headcount will continue to dwindle. Then Verizon will have safety issues because the employees will not be able too handle the volume. Last week we had 2 reps on schedule to close on Tuesday ,one called out,when the other rep walked in for his shift he found that he would be by himself alone with an Sm,( new rule from stay at home Mgmt,you will
Stay open even with 1 rep working) he promptly told Sm he was ill and went home,thankfully the store closed at 6. The rep did the right tbing. How can anyone stand their for 2 hours by themselves and take the abuse. Obviously, this new rule about the store staying open with only 1 rep indicates they do not care about the frontlines safety.

Most people that walk into our store don't know about the promos (trade in) They basically come in because they want free content transfer.Also,this continuous out of left field tech issues these people have that has nothing to do with Verizon is driving most of the reps to be looking elsewhere. The morale in our store is very low because of the constant abuse. All the reps don't want too be there.i won't even start on the Pos issues and this Touchless retail ( mindless) that our customer base don't want to do.

The phone promos were brought out at a time the stores are so understaffed, it seems like anarchy everyday with too many people hanging out in the stores for anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes staring at the staff while small children are running around like they're in a playground! This combined with an pos tablets error messages and not working has made it easier to show them how to order it on my Verizon.

Our pos system is so problematic and unworkable the if the customer has the My Verizon app we do the upgrade on the app for an in-storepickup. We also do it because the way commission is set up," the team gets nothing " for the transaction " because only new lines impact our quota and revenue... can be added later. I've seen reps with one customer for 2 hours because of 2.0 something he's to be done because the stores are so understaffed.

This trade in promo is bringing in all those customers that no one wants too see anymore!,The complainers and the people that want you too stare at their phone for an hour as the 2 phones transfer content from one too another, if you sit them down so you can help someone else the whining that goes on is absolutely ludicrous. One customer complained for 5 minutes on why he had to buy are charging brick for his phone,after explaining, his still bi--hing.unless the phone is broken I try to use the My Verizon app with these people, also,try to explain they have be on a premium unlimited plan to a person on a single line or 2 gb plan? All in a crowded store with 45 mins wait times were the violitility is so thick you think a riot will break out in any minute .Thanks for the ambiguous marketing strategy that creates this situation in your understaffed stores.
