Hans & KB are planning their Golden Parachutes and all we’re doing is WATCHING!! This used to be a wonderful company to work for, but lately due to the change of CEO which took place along with Hans & KB, the days might be near that Verizon might lead itself to its own self destruction. Time to kick Hans & KB out & bring someone more responsible, intelligent & long term thinker instead of only filling shareholders pockets & Himself & his own peeps plus outside (SYNCHRONY BANK to name a few…& the list goes on) and sc--w the rest. Yay or Nay. (Let’s see how many ROBOTIC comments plus likes or dislikes “Automatically” get posted).

This is probably the best post and most true post on the site. Krista Bourne is clueless and fake. She doesn’t even hide it. Together they have taken our swag away and allowed the competition to widen the gap. I cringe when I hear her speeches. She doesn’t care or knows what she’s doing. We need new leadership that knows how to win. This isn’t a retail problem it’s bigger than us, it starts at the top. We don’t need to see anymore instagrams of Hans running in the middle of the day while I’m breaking my back. Or hear about anymore lame book clubs. How about focus on our commission and give us incentives to beat the competition. Dump Hans and KB. We don’t need a Union we need new leadership.
When it’s acceptable to have tickets opened for major system issues for over 6 months with no fix, there is a major problem.
They don't care about the company's future OR their frontline employees. All they care about is what the "street" says about numbers, how "woke" they are perceived as by the public, how "diverse" they are regarding the employee base vs. experienced, quality workers in many cases. And, that includes their age discrimination practice and unethical and inhumane treatment of Retail employees.
Hans is cancer. His incentive is $30 to 40 million to tank the company and be let go. For anyone who didnt see it before...

Whenever you have someone who was investstaged for shady practices and removed from their job. Hans at Ericson. AND Whenever you have someone who only got the position they are in because their race and s-x balance out the white males, who is widely know as a nightmare to work with. You know that the company foundation is compromised and it is just a matter of time that the slow crumbling turns into a massive collapse.
