The RTO announcement must have triggered many WFC emps to seek other employment. In my group alone, I see a couple tendered their resignations this week. I too, have started to look for remote work and I got an interview scheduled for next week (that fast). There are so many remote jobs posts, it's overwhelming, in a good sense! Crossing my fingers, I land one soon.
