The firm now requires employees to install an app in our phones to monitor us. Nothing screams big brother is watching as this. But it makes sense since we don’t trust the firm anyway so why would they trust us, right ?

If the firm dosen't reimburse you for phone service or in any other way compensate you for your phone or phone service, from my perspective you don't even have a phone to install an app on.

I told my manager that I would not put a 3rd party app on my phone because I don't know what they are doing with my private health information. I have no doubt at some point Chase is going to force all employees to get the COVID vaccination in order to maintain their employment. If you decide not to get the shot I would look for elsewhere for job.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they require you to report what kind of underwear are you wearing next, in case you could carry weapons inside it or whatever reason they make up
That app allows them to spy on your phone! I know for a fact!
