This company is run by nothing but fear. Management kept intimidating me with job insecurity and the fear of whether I’ll have a job the next day kept being thrown in my face. I have never in my professional career been subject to such humiliating tactics. I believe that was the end goal and chose my wellbeing over waiting weeks/months/if ever for a RIF. I'm better off away from this place.

Same thing happened to me a year ago. Assignments that were not doable, no training and the treat of repercussions. I retired. The management sucks and almost always has. Especially now that Halliburton is in control of the board.
I’m so sorry you felt pushed to that point. Good for you for choosing your life and well-being over this workplace drama. So awful how far the company has regressed. Wishing you all the good things wherever you land next.
I am sure there will be others like you soon. I am myself looking for jobs vigorously. Hope I can get out of here soon.
