I bet the heritage STI “teammates” are ecstatic about the return to the office. Laying off their BB&T counterparts on the phone has been fun, but it was just missing something. Not any longer - they get the ego bolstering rush of actually being there to see the surprise, fear and pain in the eyes of the BB&T employee as they tell them to get lost! Happy days are here again!!

The legendary (in their minds) CIB group seems too want everyone back in the office, synergy, mentoring and all the other buzzwords and corporate speak they are infamous for. Funny part is they have some BU heads who are hundreds of miles from ANYBODY they manage. Imagine that! #SMDH

Our group seems flexible for now. I’m looking forward to going in some, but still working from home as well. Agreed I couldn’t do 5 days/week again, so hopeful the flexibility stays. Of course my commute isn’t bad, so returning a couple days a week doesn’t impact my quality of life very much

So far we only have to go in once every few weeks. If it become all day every day again, I am going to be quitting.
