Are mid year reviews supposed to have comments and a rating in each section? Or is it standard for a mid year to have only the overall summary? I am new to this. Thank

This is going to be the hardest mid year review of my career. Why? Because I’ve been WFH for years and this will be the first one I’ve ever done on VIDEO. Why is that a problem? Because after getting “meets” for 2020 (after my manager and my manager’s manager both told me I was a top performer), fighting the urge to roll my eyes at an evaluation process that has become a bad joke and colossal waste of time will be so excruciating that I’m afraid I may burst a blood vessel and die right there in from of my manager.
I can’t even comment on my mid year it won’t let me. I was just informed though I meet all the wonderful risk criteria I am a risk to WF and I don’t meet performance levels. They say I don’t do work for 6-7 days which set me off because I work everything every day. (Trying to put as little info in here as I can to protect myself). Anxiety is off the charts. I can’t even right now. Oh but you have the top Quality and ___ scores so that’s good.

There are exceeds.
We all are this year. There is no exceeds, just meets and below.
If you didnt know that you might be mediocre.
If you’re mediocre
Bye, Felicia
My commentary will be:
"Thanks for rating me mediocre. I hereby tend my resignation because 6 months ago I started looking. Thanks for all your hard work though."
Correct. Lock the thread.
From info on TW (which is available to everyone, not just managers) midyear summary commentary is required but commentary on individual objectives is not.
