We’ve maintained above 90% until we got new hires.
Both of our new hires have consistently got 4 surveys back to back ALL 3’s and 4’s.
Who does this fall on? Poor training from trainers? Management? The reason I can’t accept responsibility as a rep is because our whole sales staff has received 10s and we’ve trained them properly on our end. Thank goodness the other two new hires we got quit on their 3rd shift due to the overwhelming volume of a$$ho-e customers in our store.
