Usually a CFO is the next in line. Mikkels is in a good spot to build her network. Next and long overdue action may be to split CEO and Chairman positions, at which time Darren has to leave. This Company has long lacked external testing of major decisions and strategy.
How do you know that they aren’t setting the new CFO up to do just that?
