Can anyone confirm whether OCI-C is workloads are completely shifted.
Is OCI-C is dismantled or still Oracle continuing with it?

No, they will never all be shifted. Some customers refuse to migrate because of the non-existent capabilities they were sold, and because of orahole’s apparent inability to assist in automating production migration.
- Remember when we told customers they would get CSMs, then we fired them all?
- Remember the so-called autonomous services we sold them - turned out they weren’t and never would be?
- Remember the empty data integration promises we made about cloudified GG and ODI, and then we blew it all up?
These customers will leave OCI-C and orahole at the same time. Currently, they are simply working on the timing of their respective exits
