Based on my observations the COO and CAO are not liked. Attendance is way down at their calls. CAO has something on Monday regarding employee development tips for your career. Initial attendance was so bad his directs sent emails to remind people to show up. I was scheduled to attend but when the RTO letter came out I deleted the COO, CAO, and Roy Cooper call. I have no time to be patronized. Has anyone else been boycotting their execs calls? They don’t tell us anything anyway and it is all about diversity initiatives and other non interesting stuff gone are the days of covering great employee performance, new initiatives, etc.

I actually did attend the CAO brown bag this morning. Totally distracted by Owens licking his fingers as he turned his paper note pages with every slide. Anyone want to shake his hand when you return to that office? Or anywhere? Ever? Gross.
All of these types of calls are elementary in nature and worthless. The executives rarely discuss strategic initiatives or their vision of the future. There is endless talk about diversity, inclusion, and equity, of course.
I agree with not doing anything extra like this. If WF is going to treat us like 12 year olds, why should we go above and beyond doing silly things like these calls??
wells fargo compliance engagement is just WAY down in general- execs like Donna McClure even stopped her weekly emails from being forwarded. Its sad as the complaince culture DOES NOT LISTEN
