Wage Works Saying Termination Was Voluntary

Did anyone else receive a letter from WageWorks stating that “Nike has determined you are not eligible to receive… this second election opportunity under ARPA… Nike… has confirmed and advised us that employee’s termination of employment was not involuntary”

Um, wrong, I was told my position was eliminated and my employment was ending effective 90 days from that day. Definitely involuntary.

Call HR to make sure your termination status is corrected, and make sure Wage Works gets this updated immediately. Also, pay your insurance premiums to Wage Works on time, and keep track of every payment. They are notorious for screwing things up and passing the buck - not a great COBRA administrator at all.
