People are leaving for better jobs/more money and this is not a surprise. A newly appointed VP of Sales drafts a Sales Reps. Resignation Letter like complaining about HCL will undo what was done. Does anyone think Xerox cares? I don’t see them sharing those large bonuses with the employees. Instead they continue to destroy whatever is left of Xerox. There is no saving anyone and if someone has the opportunity to move on let them. If this VP is so worried maybe they should come into the office and stop being MIA.

Every in SJ NB has already worked for Xerox so probably hard to find more people. Also can't really give out raises. The reason it's in Canada is lower cost than the US. Once cost gets too high then the decision will be made to move it to Jamaica or India and take the savings over the customer service and knowledge.
Xerox in SJ NB people dropping like flies. Tons of work, no emploo, constant calls in queue. It's insane. No pay raise.
Mia.mi has got so bad, employees are leaving. Employees that have been there 20+ years fled. There will be more soon.
