I don’t get why the conversation is about collaborating in person with your teams. Maybe if you are an executive but most of us still need to call in to our meetings. So drive into the office to put on your headphones and talk to your team. Lol

We had them in our building after renovations in 2019. Everybody starts off standing up but eventually, they go back to sitting full time. It's a good idea though.
